2017 October Release

Closing a Window After Sending an E-MailPermanent link for this heading

If you send an e-mail in Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite, it might open modal. In that case another window opens directly in Fabasoft Folio resp. Fabasoft eGov-Suite, too. If you close the e-mail per context switch and afterwards the window opened by Fabasoft Folio/Fabasoft eGov-Suite, it might happen that the wrong window is closed (if you close WINDOWS[LAST]). The reason for that is that the window that opened automatically in Fabasoft Folio/eGov-Suite is closed automatically if the modal Microsoft Outlook e-mail is closed, too. If closing this window takes longer, this is the last window which means that this window is closed. This means, you can either use an index for closing the window or insert a delay before the window is closed.

Example

<Execution action="Contextmenu" location="PAGES.Explore.Object List.ROWS[LAST]" />
<Execution action="Click" location="MENU.E-Mail Dispatch (Interactive)" value="{~exportdocs~}FabasoftFolio.pdf" options="Save" />
<Context clienttype="OUTLOOK" location="My Outgoing" >
   <Execution action="Close" location="WINDOW" />
</Context>
<Execution action="Delay" value="5000" />
<Execution action="Close" location="WINDOWS[LAST]" />
